We solve the problem that creating a new home or rearranging an existing one currently is annoying and takes a lot of time and imagination. There are 3D planner out there already but they mostly have example products and don't allow you to buy. So whatever you plan is far from how your place will look like at the end. The only places with a relatively precise plan-outcome match and purchase capability are Ikea and Ashley Furniture but they only sell their own brands. Thousands of smaller furniture businesses worldwide would like to but don't find access to their 3D technologies.

We solve it by combining a 3D planner with a marketplace. At shop-a-room, any furniture seller can easily upload their product catalogue (also without existing 3D models), and offer theirs products to customers who want to plan in 3D. Long-term, we want to transform shop-a-room from a furniture-focused planner to the provider of a digital twin for any home. You can then plan any change (rearrangements, painting, floor-work etc.) with any products (carpets, wallpapers, TVs etc.) in 3D and order everything required with a single click.
