In many home-related and technical service workflows, quotes, documentation, coordination and administrative tasks are still handled manually across emails, spreadsheets and fragmented processes. This creates delays, inconsistent offers, high overhead and unnecessary bureaucracy for providers and customers alike. The challenge is especially visible in home adaptation, but it also affects many other service-driven and project-based workflows.

Modifika is building an AI-powered software platform that supports quote generation, process structuring, documentation and coordination. The system is designed to combine real-world contractor and project experience with digital workflows, helping service providers handle complex requests faster and with less administrative effort. Home adaptation is the first use case, but the platform is built to support broader technical and service-based applications over time.
