In short
I've shipped software for 10 years — VR games, ML systems, and now production AI at a large European manufacturer, where I own an optimizer that moves real hedging money every day.
The salary was never the point. I've built side projects the whole time: trading systems, automation, an AI video pipeline. Almost all of it alone — and that's the problem. I build well and validate badly.
Not quitting before there's revenue. Evenings and weekends until it earns.
