We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join Standora, a UK-based startup building an AI-driven high-frequency trading platform (<10ms execution).

🚀 Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize reinforcement learning + LLM models for real-time trading.
• Implement low-latency pipelines for market data ingestion and execution.
• Work closely with the founding team to scale experiments into production.
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions (cloud, GPUs, data storage).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, deep learning, or LLMs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Scaleway, GCP, etc.).
